so i have played several of the halo games across xbox 360 to xbox one and pc all logged in with the same microsoft account but, when i go on service record on the halo waypoint main page it tells me i havnt played any of the halo games apart from halo wars 2. heres the funny part i go onto my microsoft account go through my gaming history and achievments and all the halo games and achievments are there, so why does halo waypoint not recognise that, or find my data? any help would be great thanks.
If you have changed your gamertag since the last time you played those games, then things might have gotten out of sync now. If you still have access to them, boot them up on your new gamertag (while connected to Xbox Live) and play some campaign / multiplayer / forge / etc. Might take a day or 2 but they should sync up after that
