I’ve noticed it on a couple of profiles, likely related to some stuff in the APIs. I think this will be a known issue already

I believe the issue is:
YapYap is not currently in sync between the Leaders metadata API and the Match History stats API and the Match Result stats API. It is also missing at least two full tags.
Also, YapYap’s gameobjects are missing, there’s not a single object for any of the new units.
So this causes the history lists to break and the match results for games involving YapYap.
I think 343 should try to focus on normalizing the API, specially regarding game objects availability and having the Media Files added properly for all units. Most new leaders are missing these png url’s and some leaders had theirs deleted (for example Jerome).

I can cover also the the synchronisation issues you mention: Both YapYap Unit achievements are currently not syncing correctly, at least I have shot many times with the Y abiluty of the Methane Wagons in Blitz and still it stays at 0%…
Service record is not displaying only for Halo Wars 2, in my case. All other games’ service records are available. Seems to coincide with Yapyap THE DESTROYER’s release.
YapYap has no achievement unlock problems with the units, I could earn them today, so there is no connection.
The Service Record on Halo Waypoint is still not visible.
This is happening for me too 
Some time on Sunday when i tried to access my halo wars 2 service record it goes to a page that says “problem detected. Well, this is embarrassing. Looks like we have some problems on our end.”
And, since the YapYap Download, ( before the issue above started) i havent been able to see who my opponents were on the game history page. Now, obviously, I cant even access my HW2 game history.
I can see all my games service records, but halo wars 2 doesn’t work now, it has been down for over a week now
