My kills have been stuck at 4525 for quite a few games now, and deaths are stuck at 3001. So, what’s up?
Nice ratio. I’ve been stuck on 4846 and 4608 too, I will continue playing, I hope they update it later with the kills im getting, I need to get a decent ratio
My service record for Campaign and my Armor Selections has not updated. Its not updated for my Xbox Halo Waypoint or if I check Halo Waypoint on the PC/internet, the same with the “Smart Glass Experience”. Spartan Ops is updated though. I did some Campaign maybe a hour ago and I changed my Armor Selections around two days ago, maybe one and a half days ago.
Same here. And I just got a Killing Frenzy in one of the matches I’ve played. I hope it counts.
Now some of the information updated but it now says I am SR1 when I was SR17 the last I checked.
Don’t worry guys this has been happening randomly to players for the last 3 weeks. 343 says they are fixing it however along with all the other broken stuff, we know it never will.
Just enjoy the game if you still can, otherwise screw it and leave.
Some of you guys might be stuck in a “hopper” server. It’s 343’s fancy name for a backup server. I was stuck at SR1 since last Tuesday and just today(Sunday, 6PM PST) I had my rank back(SR68).
I tried contacting 343 on both here, Neogaf, and on Twitter via BS Angel, no one from 343 responded and I couldn’t find a support email.
If your service record is glitched and/or you are stuck online as SR1, good luck but you’ll have to wait it out. I had to wait nearly a week…
I have notice that my SR seems to be stuck at 50. I cannot see the progress whenever I complete a multiplayer game. Has anyone ever had this happen? Anyway of getting this resolved.?

I think you need to go to the Specializations menu and pick one.
Basically, after either SR-50 or SR-70 (I can’t remember which), the remaining ranks are broken into Specializations. Each Specialization consists of ten SR, and offers unique rewards. You can choose what order you want to do Specializations in, but you have to pick one manually, and you won’t rank up until you do.
Hope this helps.
