Recently, I have been playing many matchmaking games. It seems the games are not being registered on the service record. The kill, deaths, medals, etc. don’t show up. However, I do gain CR which increases my level. The games are in theater but the service record shows that most were never played. This makes me worried because this could have happened to me several times and I would have never known. I have also performed very well lately, once going 44 and 1 but it is not updated on the service record or Halo Waypoint. Has this happened to anyone else and is there a way to fix it?
I was just about to ask this. Today I go on minding my own business playing Halo. I decide to use this website to help me know which medals I need to earn to get to the next tier while I’m playing. I completed like 3 levels and I got no change at all. I figured maybe I’d just have to wait for it to update but nothing as of yet 
same thing to me and my friend here trying to find out why but no one seems to know
