I am rarely on waypoint, but I was trying to find out why I did not get the helioskrill armor after completing the MCC on legendary. I have found out my service record for MCC is blank. Has anyone else had this problem and how do I fix it?
I have this problem too, was checking up on achievement process but it says I don’t own the game. Was working a few hours ago, not sure what’s going on.
Jumping on this bandwagon. I also have this issue. Tried signing out and also clearing browser cache. No luck.
Yeh I’ve tried everything and nothing seems to show/update stats. Says never played…
Well that’s a bummer. Mine is doing the same thing. Nice to see though I’m not the only clown with this happening.
I’m seeing the same issue, it used to work just a couple of days ago.
If you look at the achievements for this game on your profile, you’ll also see the leaderboards for kills wins etc is now gone… Only time played is shown.
It keeps randomly working and then stopping. One day it’s there, the next it’s gone.
Did you used the “non scoring skulls”? I remember that many people had the same problem like a year ago and they all have used skulls like “bandana” or “scarab skull.”
Yeah, mine is blank now too. I live on the East coast of the USA and around 10:00 pm last night it was working and still showed my stats. Then around 11:50 pm my time after my last match for the night I went to reload my stats page and it now says “Trigger Happy M has not played the Master Chief Collection” which is obviously bs since I’ve been playing since the day it came out November of 2014.

Um we’re not talking about campaign. We’re talking about the MCC in general, rank, multiplayer k/d, win/loss, everything is gone.
Let’s hope the stats don’t reset or disappear for good. I’ve put too much time in to for them to be lost.
Also experiencing this problem. Went to check campaign times for speedrunning and can’t bring them up. This might not be as big of a problem if the in-game leaderboards also didn’t delete my times. As of right now, it is essentially impossible to tell which levels I need to bring times down on.
This appears to be an issue for everybody. MCC service records are down.
I wouldn’t be surprised in the MCC service records are down for good. 343i has never shown to care about classic Halo or this broken collection they lied to us about.

Hopefully they’ll be back up soon.
Is this still an issue for everyone else too? I can see my stats and achievements in-game, but waypoint just gives me a “Problem Detected” error message every time I try to see my service record. I also get the same error message every time I activate a terminal in the game.
