I played through the campaign from when I obtained the game at midnight and beat it on legendary, however, when I look at my stats on this website and ingame it only shows me having done 5/8 missions.
I have the Lone Wolf and Legendary achievements, which confuses me as to why this is an issue. I would really appreciate a response, for it was a very painstaking process going through the campaign in one single sitting.
PS - I apologize if this is a known issue already.
The only thing my service record is recording at the moment is my level.
Just wait on the servers to catch up, they’re bogged down I think.
Same issue here. I have the Achievement for the Co-op Legendary Campaign but my record only shows i progressed 3/8. :\ Kinda hope it updates again cause I don’t really feel like going through the campaign again anytime soon now. lol.
I too am having this problem.
I wish 343 would give us an insight on what’s happening right now.
Oh alright cool, it sucks that this is happening but at least I now know I am not the only one.

First, I played some campaign the Servers went out and it reset my Campaign Progress completed…then…
I completed Spartan Ops Legendary as well; TWICE when the server went out TWICE and both times it reset me from 5/5 completed to 0/5 completed… This is very fustrating.
Maybe this is why they shouldn’t have tied Spartan Ops, or Any other Progress such as Halo’s Campaign to Waypoint.
Same thing here. Completed heroic solo have the achievements but it’s only saying i’ve done 1 mission and 30 minutes of gameplay.
Yep mind’s saying I’ve only done 6
same here guys. Got the achievement and only says I’ve done 7/8. At least if enough people have the problem they will patch it soon hopefully
Is there a number or contact to call so this can be fixed and the right time played and completion date corrected?

Same here. Solo’d Legendary, got all the achievements, and yet it says i haven’t played any campaign at all. 0 time. 0/8 missions complete.
Just smashed out four levels on solo legendary. Only two are showing complete one of which I did ages ago.
What I want to know is: will I still get the armour reward when
im done?

Armor unlocks and Service Record displays rely on Halo’s stat-tracking servers. Those servers can only “see” you while you’re online, so you won’t receive rewards for offline play.

I know this is 3 months old, but that data is actually stored on your hard drive. If you completely lost your progress (ability to select missions), it’s because your profile data was corrupted by a random and unfortunate glitch.
Me also!!! ive completed it on heroic and am going through on legendary and it says i havent done ay missions at all!! sucks! any news?
