Hi, I’m pretty new to these forums (officially started using them a few days ago) but I’ve had this Xbox account for many years. I checked out my “Service Record”, which keeps track of the achievements we’ve earned in the Halo games. So far, it’s only showing my progress in Combat Evolved Anniversary and Reach… On the Xbox 360 where I have this account, I’ve played Halo: 2, Halo 3, and Halo 4, but none of their achievements show up. It tells me that I haven’t played those games yet.
So my question here is: How can I get my profile to show my progress in every Halo game I’ve actually played? I’m not about to wipe those games off of my hard drive and start from scratch. I know that this is somewhat of a minor issue, but it’d be nice for visitors to my profile to see my real progress. I have lots of achievements earned in Halo 3, for sure (I just don’t have any online/matchmaking/multiplayer related achievements of course since that’s not my preferred playstyle).
Any advice or solutions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
Hey OP, if you’re changed your gamertag since last playing those other games then all you’ll need to do is load then back up again (if possible) and play some campaign or matchmaking, everything should sync back up shortly after that. Sadly your Halo 2 stats will remain with the your older gamertag - as the Xbox Live servers from the original Xbox are no longer operational, it’s not possible to sync them up. You would need to revert back to which ever gamertag you played Halo 2 on if you wanted to keep all your stats in the one place

How might I “load them back up”?
Sorry, bad choice of phrasing. Basically just play the games again if you have access to them or if you can get access to them
UPDATE: I finally moved my Xbox 360 into my bedroom and was able to get internet working on it via ethernet cable. I popped in Halo 3 and 4 but didn’t really play since it was getting late in the evening. Nevertheless, my Halo gamerscore on this site updated, and now I have my Service Record for Halo: CEA, Reach, and Halo 4…but still no Halo 3. I don’t get why it still tells me that I haven’t played Halo 3… Halo 2 is understandable, given the server shutdown, but 3 is still a compatible game.
What other suggestions do people have for this last little hiccup? Everything else is updated as far as I can tell (with the exception of H2 of course).
