so I changed my xbox live gamertag a while ago, and now my old Service record is no longer available for me to view. I know the fix being to sign into the game using xbox live, but I no longer have access to any xbox consoles or physical copies of halo games due to recent private events. is there anyway to fix this that doesn’t require buying an xbox, and the old halo games?

Unfortunately not as Waypoint needs to pull the data from the games and Xbox LIVE.
As above mentioned, there is no possible way to update it other than playing the actual game.
