Service record medals

Sorry if this is obvious, but when I look at my service record some of the medals are missing?

I don’t see a perfection medal, or any of the spree medals past 30 kills. Just to clarify, this is the page I’m looking at:

And then clicking on competitive medals. Something probably changed aaaaages ago and I’ve missed it, so again sorry if the answer is obvious.

They are aware of such issues and are working on it.

Stats, playlist you want to see the medals in, that’s how I see my exterm and perfection…
