I’m new to this forum but have played halo well since Halo was a thing. The gamertag has played some H3 and a lot of Halo Reach but shows no service record except for the little time I played H4 and MCC .

This is is my old gamertag but it’s still my same one . Just a name change
If you have changed your gamertag, just load up the games that are missing and play a match or 2 or some campaign. After a while the server should sync everything up with your new gamertag - just make sure to be connected to xbox live
