Hello everyone,
Firstly my apologies if this isn’t the correct place to post my issue. I’m just trying to get a fix.
Essentially, my service record has reset my time played. Originally I had over 200 hours and now it’s only 22:44:30 , how did I lose 180 + hours? All my other stats are accurate and untouched as far as I can tell and I have my completed campaign on legendary and my played matches are the same (450 ish) Though is is funny to see a Sixth Star with that many games with only 22 hours played. Also no, I never boosted. My W/L hovers around 50% since I’m trash lol
This isn’t a major issue that affects gameplay but I liked being able to see exactly how much time I have spent in game. Does anyone know a fix? (No hard resetting did nothing. I have also factory reset my Xbox after this issue for an unrelated reason. The reset happened a few months ago,and then I quit playing after seeing it and I recently repurchased HW2 and have the same issue. Thanks for any input)
Update : Forgot to mention at one point all my campaign progress went missing included skulls etc but that seemed to have resolved itself.
Hi, I don´t think you can get those hours back. Unfortunately, for me was the same few months ago. I had 200 hours and all of a sudden changed to 90 hours… I am not exactly sure what is this, but I think it has to be with some multiplayer related thing. On the another hand, you can always see the record of hours in the xbox menu, there you will have the total amount of time played no matter what happen to the game. I have nearly 17 days of gameplay there.

Anything you need you can reach me on Xbox Live. Unfortunately for this game all related with achievements, hours, unlocked… seems pretty messed up. Believe me, I cannot get the A Lot Extra Achievement despite I have done all optional missions. It is really hard to take these things for a hardcore fan like us.

Oh agreed pal. I’ve had a few issues regarding achievements and it is really frustrating. I stopped playing die to personal issues just after colony dropped, and there is a whole new load of leaders and achievements and its a little overwhelming lol.

Still if you check my achievement record I have few left I am doing, I have a friend of mine working with me in the coop for the ATN. For the rest, I think it is a matter of time really. What I really hate is the fact that you put so much energy and time to prove yourself that you love the game by getting all the achievements, but the game slap you in the face by not letting you unlock… It just feels wrong.
