I already play Halo Forge on pc, but my record does not change, so any of the Commendations have any progress, SO I can´t gain experience.

That’s correct OP. You need to purchase the full game on Xbox if you want to be able to ear experience, that’s something you can only get in matchmaking.
Everything else wouldn’t be good and people would start making maps which bring you as much XP as possible with the least amount of efferot.
