Is there any way for me to force my Halo Wars 2 service record to properly reflect what I have done in the game? It is and continues to be wrong and not change at all. Any help would be appreciated.

Is this on Halo waypoint or the in-game service record?
Halo Waypoint. It is showing I have no medals on missions I have beat multiple times.
Which missions are you expecting to see medals for that are not currently there? Also, when was the last time you tried to finish a mission and post a new medal?
It shows no medals for missions 10, 11, and 12. I played / replayed all within the past month, some of these missions I have played multiple times. Mission 2 shows bronze medal as the highest when I have gotten gold on that mission multiple times. All solo play. Co-op for the most part seems fine.

After that, the DLC mission “Spear Breaker” and “AwakeningTheNightmare”
It is supposed that no data of the Phoenix log has been taken.
There is only a record left that cleared it once cleared at the legendary.
