Hey, it says I have no service record on all the halo games, which is false I spent hundreds of hours on each halo? Any help is appriciated thank you.
Play a match in each game and see if it updates. You probably changed your gamertag at some point in time.
The new Waypoint is still glitchy. I often get credited with achievements on my service record that I haven’t earned yet although my gamerscore is always accurate. I just checked LSO 96’s record and it shows a gamerscore of 7770 and high rank for every game except Reach which it claims hasn’t been played yet.
I’ve played games as well back in the day, but they haven’t translated over to this version of Waypoint. Bummer, but it’s ok.
If you’ve changed your gamertag since you last played any of the Halo games, play them again. It will then update your service record here. I had this problem because I changed my gamertag and hadn’t played Halo 3 in over a year, so my Halo 3 stats were completely missing, but as soon as I played 1 online match, they showed up again.
