When I came back to the site after playing some Insider Program and feeling the nostalgia, I wanted to look back through my Service Records. They have all gone away.
I changed my name a few months back, but i didn’t think it would destroy everything in the archives. It used to contain everything from my previous Halo careers.
Is it because of the new launch that everything previously there is gone, or is it gone for good because of the Xbox Live name change?
Changing your gamertag often unsyncs service records. Hop back on the unsynced games while connected to Xbox Live and play campaign, multiplayer etc. After a while it should sync back up properly.

You don’t need Gold; I did that fix without it when I had this issue.
