I have been trying to get to 1000 games played to get the Raider DSTT helmet. I finally reached 1000 today, but it wouldn’t let me get it. I looked on Waypoint and it says that I have only completed 690 games. WTF?! The Service Record in the game says 1000. How could this be so different?

Maybe it’s games started compared to games finished?
Where can you see War Games Completed on the in-game Service Record? I have only ever seen Games Completed (ie Campaign+SpOps+WG+Custom) and War Games Won.
Indeed, if I add ALL your games together I get 1001, but the requirement for Requiem Archive II: SPEC - Helmet is “Complete 1000 War Games Matchmaking Games”.

I had the same issue. Waypoint only counts complete games.

U must have 100 MM war games done.
Spartan ops and campaign count in total games played it must be mm only
I think it is a little unfair that it does not count join-in-progress, considering I have no control over that. Also, the in-game stats and the Waypoint Stats should be more consistent. I don’t mean exactly the same, but it is evident that each of the teams that made these respective products probably doesn’t even know the other exists.
