I have played every Halo that has came out. This site is not showing any of my classic games service record. What do I need to do to get my info updated

Ya my Halo 2 service record says I’ve only played one game - and a crappy one at that. I don’t know how that happened.
Aren’t the Halo2 servers down?

Did you play on a different account? When I got xbox live I had to make a new account because I made a account online to reserve my gamertag so I had to recover it with a fresh start to gamerscore and stats
