I have recently been playing again for a month or so, and decided to try and check my multiplayer stats. I’m not expecting them to be amazing but I was just curious to see.
When I check in game it seems to say I have no minutes playtime etc.
When I go to check the online service record then it says, “Well, this is embarrassing. There appears to be some problems on our end.”
Is it safe to assume that nothing has been logged?
I have the same issue on the waypoint site as well. Hopefully the game servers logged everything and just isn’t syncing back to you/the site and also hopefully the issue is fixed soon.
I’m having the issues where I can’t see my service record at all for MCC every other games service record works fine but the MCC one doesn’t want to show any details 
Been goin on for a while. Dunno when they’ll fix it though. HCS grassroots page is also down too.
Same issue here. Service records load fine for every game other than MCC.

Significant damage. MCC service record disabled.
When this happened last year it was only the mcc service record that went down too.

I did that, still nothing… Perhaps a region issue that somehow has it working for everyone except 1-(?) region(s)?
Edit: I take that back, it is working on my end now, but it still stands that the issue may still persist among the few.
