343, I understand you are still working out the bugs and such with figuring out Bungie’s configuration, but the servers are beginning to slip and they are becoming a reminiscent of Halo 3. I strongly urge you to buckle down on it.

I stepped into the arena of Reach for the first time today and my screen was frozen due to a lag switch being activated. Unless the problems are resolved, you will lose not only myself as a customer, but also several others.

Your screen does not freeze due to a Lag Switch, a lag switch causes you to lag and go black screen possibly.

If your game is freezing, it’s your console.

OP, games aren’t hosted on the servers. The servers match players, but the game itself is hosted on one of the players’ consoles – the host. You’re playing with laggy players, or you yourself are lagging. It’s out of 343’s hands.
