Even if they do “fix” the servers it’s like restoring an AMC Gremlin. You’ll reach a point where you have a fully functioning AMC Gremlin, and it bursts into flame killing you and traumatizing everyone around to see it. And even if it doesn’t, your best case scenario is that you now have a fully functional AMC Gremlin. Congratulations?
Not many hours left in this day. I hope they figure whatever it is out and put in better redundancy into their systems. At my J-o-b if our servers were down we’d call a war-room and bring in Microsoft + IBM consultants to get them up and going at all costs. Will millions of transactions at stake, paying customers, loss of business we have little choice.
