There is a systemic problem with players who live in Australia and New Zeland whose IP begins with “101”. There is a very large group of players who are unable to connect with the Reach and Halo 3 servers. These are players just like us. It appears all of there efforts to get any kind of resolution has fallen on deaf ears.
They are on unable to connect to the Reach and Halo 3 servers only, all other games are available to them. This is not an issue with XBL.
These are players and Halo fans just like us that need our support, or real support. Please offer it to them in any way you can. As of yet 343i has been unable or unwilling to help them play online. These members are paying customers of XBL Gold and most have been unable to play since November. If there is any community here, show it. Do not leave these players out in the cold like so many others have.
