I must first admit my love for halo 5, and what a great game it is. However, recently I have been getting dropped mid-game, and besides the usual anger this brings, this time someone had the nerve to ban me for this as well. Just because the servers are terrible, don’t punish me. 343 will need to do something, and do something fast to prove to this gamer that they do listen, else just another fan lost to a game that will actually let me play online. I heard CoD is fun?

I understand this, I was just flustered. 343 hasn’t responded, so I’m just assuming that the ban-hammer is acting as they would like. Time to move on 
try to reset your xbox, that worked for me.
You might want to open the ports for xbox live on your router as the servers are working fine for most people.
You get dropped often too? It’s prob your location, there’s barely any servers for this game.
(and be prepared to defend yourself, DNFs are automatically assumed to be quits by most)
