Apparently the Reach Matchmaking servers are down and everybody’s rank reset to recruit (/)

Yeah, I’m having similar issues. Though if I go to the start menu, it still shows my current rank. I just can’t access Matchmaking.

I can see my rank in the lobby and search for games in Matchmaking as of now, try restarting your console if the issue is still occurring.
