Are the servers down for anyone else right now?
Yes. Been down for about 13 hours now.
yup they been acting weird since yesterday
343 has ruined Halo, this is ridiculous. It’s no wonder Reach is still played more than Halo 4, even 7 years later. Lemme know if they go back up. Still down as of now.
Haven’t been able to find much about the outage. It was intermittent yesterday and I haven’t seen the servers available at all today.
Bit of a bummer as I was in the mood for some Halo 4 during this break.
Anyone know if they’ve acknowledged an issue? I’m not even sure what channels that would be through.
January 2nd, 2017/ 12:01 a.m. Central Standard Time (CST) Trust me, I looked all over and didn’t find any other “Up To Date” source of information. The servers went down yesterday (December 31st, 2016) for me once or twice, but have been down virtually all day for me today. I’ve cited the time and date so anyone looking for info can find us. Haven’t heard anything from 343 Industries, I’m keeping my eyes peeled though. Maybe it’s just a maintenance thing. Will update as I know more.
My guess is that there was an issue with the servers and the people who manage it are on holiday until Monday.

Literally the servers aren’t going to be shut down. @SpartanTK51 You’re probably right.
So I just logged on to check it out, it seems to be back up. Currently 11am EST 2nd January 2017.

I think this is most likely the cause. As the issue appears to be resolved I’ll close this topic off, feel free to create a new topic if the service is interrupted again, thanks
