Down for me as well… xbox live shows all services as normal… It must be halo5 servers only…
Edit: xbox live services have finally released there are issues… 9:53 pm cst…

It’s acting strange. It is letting me play anniversary throwback and super fiesta but none of the ranked are working.(never mind, it was a good run but completely shut out again)
