Servers Continuously Down

Right off the bat, I’ll say that I have the preview NXOE, so that most likely is the cause of this.

Ever since Halo 5 launched I’ve had a message over co-op and multiplayer that says something about the servers not being suitable for my entire fire team. The only thing that fixes it and allows me to play multiplayer is to uninstall the game and reinstall it. I have to do this every time I wanna play multiplayer because that’s only a temporary fix. If I exit and reboot the game it’ll give me the same message again. I’ve barely played multiplayer since launch because of this. It needs a fix ASAP because it’s absolutely ridiculous after I spent $500 on the console, $250 on the LCE, and $80 on the controller, and I can’t even play the multiplayer without reinstalling the game every single time. It’s really disappointing.

My NAT is open, my connection is great, so it’s not me.

Do you know if you are getting any packet loss? (you can find out if you do a detailed network test on your console).
What country/region are you in?
Whenever i can’t connect to servers/req store thats when i get 100% packet loss and i have to restart console/modem/router, then afterwards it works fine.

I’ve checked that and it said 0%. Thanks anyway for your help though.

That and half the time when the game ends it says “Cannot Retreive Game Session Details” or something along those lines. It’s still remembers your stats but it does that for like a good 30 minutes and it’s pretty annoying.

Factory reset your Xbox then reinstall everything. I’ve heard of problems similar to this due to the new dashboard. Factory reset will basically wipe your Xbox and make it “like new”, but the OS will be NXOE because that’s what you have. I’d try that.
