So I’ll probably get banned but that’s okay cause it means that they are seeing it and just ignoring it. But if they do not address the fact that the servers are screwed up and help people out cause I’ve seen multiple people on the web with the same issue and no solution or even acknowledgement of them for Microsoft or 343. About people’s multiplayer not working cause it says “can’t find a suitable server for all members of your fire team.” And before you ask yes my NAT is open, I’m playing alone, I’ve did a hard reset of Xbox, router, modem, and my game is 54gb so I have update. And it makes me upset that everyone wants to praise them for servers working but they don’t and they won’t address the problem. But if they don’t by tomorrow I promise I will blow up the treads with this exact same issue over and over again. Till they fix it or ban me. Tired of night being able to play my game…
Hmmm thats weird, never had any form of server problem on my end. If I lost connection to the server it was on my side not theirs. For the most part they have been working extremely well. Dont know what to tell you, hope it gets fixed for you though. Highly j=suggesting not blowing up the threads. Having just one thread is fine as long as people respond to it. Maybe go to neogaf and post one there. They tend to look at that more than here since there tends to be more constructive criticism there than here.
I cannot say the same OP, sorry you’re having issues, but apart from can’t connect 2 or 3 times ? No issues at all, infact, multi player seems pretty slick imho.
That’s the thing is they same problem is all over the web and they asked questions on one of the forums but all the questions they had asked has been answered earlier in the forum and they we’re reanswered again but they never came back with a response. Like they don’t care. It’s funny to me that they addressed the thing that makes them money req but won’t address servers not working for people. I mean pretty sure if I can play destiny multiplayer elder scrolls online Star Wars the old republic. Then my internet isn’t slow enough to not play halo 5. And I know blowing up thread is bad idea but at this point they are really making me upset so don’t necessarily care…

Its not that they dont care, you cant claim that they do not. Maybe its actually a minority of players experiencing it. So its not a huge pressing matter. For all you know they are working on the problem now, server issues take awhile to fix and the game has not even been out for a week.

What country are you in, i heard USA and some of Australia are having some server issues.
Sorry to hear that man, I haven’t had any issues. The short time I had any sort of issue turned out to be an xbox live thing cause I had some weirdness going on when I tried signing into my account or doing anything online like joining parties.

Yeah I’m from the USA. I know some people I saw were having trouble in Europe like England

You’re right I can’t make that claim but in my honest opinion that is how I feel. Minor or not they could still acknowledge there’s a problem and let everyone who is dealing with it know they are looking into it but instead feels like we’re ingored and left in the dark. I know it takes time to fix servers but not to acknowledge problem…
i cant even play it, same with co-op. says my console cant connect to the servers, even tho my nat type is open, i reset my xbox and router many times and i even called my internet provider and xbox! does anyone have any tips!
Im having the same trouble OP. I’ve tried everything. My router firewall, restarting the game, uninstalling and re-installing the game, restarting the router. Nothing works and I think its over populated servers but i dunno
I have been fine so far, havent had any problems but i will check to see later
Also having the same issue. This is ridiculous. I’m bumping all these posts/topics until we get a response from 343 that they are fixing it.This bug is souring my experience of the game, and if this continues for much longer, you can rest assured that 343 will lose me as a customer. I paid $60 for a game that I can’t play 2/3rds of.
I have had absolutely ZERO issues with the servers since launch. My guess? It’s you, not the servers.

My guess is just cause you have no problems doesn’t make it my fault. If 1/3 of the servers worked and the other 2/3 didn’t the halo fans would be up in arms but yet because it’s the other way around it has to be the 1/3 fault and not 343. Funny I can play need for speed (always online) no problem. Cause I think ea knows how to make people happy. At this point I don’t care anymore I got Star Wars coming and I know ea will fix servers if screw up. But congratulations to 343 for making the servers work for the 2/3 of people heard it’s a great multiplayer one of the best launche days ever in halo. Sucks to be in the 1/3 y’all don’t care about.
My Internet is not the cause. I am able to play other Xbox Live games without issue, my NAT is open, I’ve reinstalled the game, reset my router, restarted my Xbox several times. I even tried playing at a friend’s house, with no luck. Dozens of other people are having this error too. I live in Chicago, so I don’t believe the message saying it ‘can’t find a server.’ That’s ridiculous.
This needs to be addressed.
Halo 5 multiplayer problems.
Hi I had the same problem “Could not find a suitable server for all your team members” and could not find items in sand or warzone,
try the following without even find a solution to play in matchmaking:
- Restart the game, the Xbox and the modem and it did not work.
- Change the DNS on the Xbox by 8.8.8.8 restart the Xbox and the modem and it did not work.
- Uninstall the game and went back to install and run.
- Delete the profile of the Xbox and enter again and it did not work.
- Turn off the Xbox disconnect for an hour and when you turn and start the game and did not work.
- I called my ISP and reviewed all the security settings of the router you executed a factory reset and then set again with DMZ, the firewall off even did not work.
After all of the above may choose to connect my Xbox to the network share wifi for mobile data on my iPhone and it worked and I was able to play (I almost cried for joy to play finally a match), then that I realized that the Xbox or the game were the problem if the connection, then call my ISP again to check more settings in the call was over an hour, trying how many settings we could think since I found lucky to find a technician he had a PS4 and knows how this internet service, but still do not run anything that was not why I mention it here.
And as a last option I had, until I thought about changing ISP and that I pay if I can not play; then call back to my provider and my router already had two years running in my house pedi changing router and I scheduled for the next day, I could not wait for that change and see if the problem is solved and so to play, and the next day after arriving home from work first thing I did was turn on the Xbox and open Halo 5 look game and FUNCIONOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO if I could play, and then present what the problem with Xbox live apart but that is another story.
