I’m not sure if its just Xbox or Halo, but I can’t do anything in Halo to the point where I don’t wish to get on it as much anymore…
We waited for quite some time for Halo 5: Guardians, only to have all its content not be here such as gametypes and maps…
Then we wait 3 more months for Forge and even that’s unable to work cause I keep getting kicked from the servers.
This game shouldn’t have been Online only for -Yoink- to not work…

Probably, but again, why do these games have to be Online only now?
I was getting a lot of ‘can’t connect to dedicated servers’ yesterday. That’s one area where 343/MS definitely needs to spend money and upgrade.

Agreed, I don’t normally complain on these forums either…but Jesus Christ is this obnoxious to do anything around here, despite how many complaints we get, 343 only responds on Twitter or Reddit…

Comparing it to other games is moot. Halo 5 eats bandwidth. Idk why but 4-5 games of warzone eats about a gig of my data usage. This game is a monster.
I’ve posted before about 343’s issue… It would be great to buy a flagship game, and it work…

Exactly why this game shouldn’t be online only, especially since Xbox Live is in no way protected against cyber attacks like what happened with that DDoS this holiday…
It’s the Halo ( apple pie ) servers
Servers were a lot better before the holidays. So its probably temporary that the servers are crappy. Cause you know people buying and downloading games from the Microsoft store…

I’d never get rid of this game, but I’ve surely come close to stop playing with all these problems going around, even the spawning system in Forge is -Yoink- to the point that its suggested to not delete the initial spawns already placed, otherwise you’ll spawn inside your map and it’ll be lost forever…3 -Yoinking!- months of waiting for Forge and it doesn’t even work…its like they sat on their -Yoink- without TRYING to fix a damn thing, then released it in order to have something to fix later…

Agreed. I just annoyed when I see people blame someone’s Internet without no thought that the problem could be somewhere else.

I’m not saying it’s JUST your internet, but IF only a fraction of a percentage of people have this issue. It probably isn’t a main cause on 343’s server’s part.

Mhm, I’m sure my internet could also be a problem too, but its never been a problem when I first got Halo 5: Guardians up until niw
huh…ive never disconnected or anything and have noticed lag in maybe 3 or 4 matches out of over 200 so far (and i have average internet nothing special)…it leads me to believe its some odd issue on your end but who knows?
