So lately, I have been getting the “Retrieving Data” error after every game despite router resets/haed resets, and it has been taking away from my ability to rank up in FFA. I have had 14+ 1sts not count these past 3 days, that ontop of my reticle feeling VERY heavy, anyone else having issues like this lately?
You’re not alone. I can’t do anything in the Spartan Hub or play online.
Can’t find any official word on what’s going on but something’s clearly broken.
The only cure is to restart the game. Harker, do a hard reset on your xbox. I was playing literally all afternoon with no issues.

Looks like there are a bunch of other threads for people having similar issues.
So apparently 343’s customer support is nonexistent; it’s been weeks.
I’d say I’m shocked but it looks like this is par for the course. Dozens of threads like the one below that go ignored for months.
I’m having the same issues and the only fix for me is a hard restart.
yay I have thoses issuses but only on the MC collection
