I’ve been loving the beta so far, but there’s one little tidbit that is really grinding my gears, playing on US based servers. If I’m searching with a team of four based out of Europe and for some reason or another we get paired against players from the US and end up playing on US servers. This is wrong. Flat out wrong. Why are we not getting matched with similar region players?
Ideally, the the matching of players should be region based. If the majority of the party is from a particular region, then the other players should also be chosen from said region. And if the majority of players are from a region, they should be playing on their regions server.
Simply put, playing on a server on the opposite side of the world is just as frustrating as playing against a team with host advantage. I would much appreciate it this was alleviated in the future.
