So I’ve just logged in for the first time since the new weekly challenges updated and in the middle of two consecutive SWAT matches in Reach, my game will stop and bring up the player menu as if somebody left the match the server was migrating to a host. This happens 3 to 4 times in the middle of the rounds which can be very irritating in such a short game mode. Any suggestions or resolutions to this? Thanks.
