Yesterday, and also at times in the past, I have had this message display after being kicked from an Arena game. During this time, there was discussion from other players that they were experiencing similar issues. I was then banned after 3 disconnects that were out of my control. I then contacted Microsoft support and performed troubleshooting on my connection. My connection did not have any problems which leads me to believe that a Halo 5 server problem is causing me to be labeled as a cheater or “poor sport” and preventing me from enjoying the game and service which I have invested hundreds of dollars in. $350 for the xbox, $60 for the game, $60 for the halo 5 controller, $300 for the halo 5 Astro A50 headset, $60 for the xbox live subscription,
My connection details: Download speed according to my xbox; 34mbps, upload sped 7.19mbps, wireless strength 90%.
Is there any way to contact 343 regarding this problem? I acknowledge that there is a need for a banning system to protect players from cheaters, but why can’t the game differentiate between a server problem and a problem on the payer’s end? Engineer? Hello? Anyone?
