Server problems - a suggestion to all.

We all know the servers are having issues and/or “are offline”

Yelling about it and constantly flooding them with attempts to join isn’t going to fix them. ( I know, hard to imagine, right?!)

So… I think we all should take this time to get some rest (for those of us that were up all night for midnight+ releases)

The rest of you just getting up/up a few hours/etc - maybe go get some house work done (dishes, food, clothes washed/dried, shower, clean the room) or go buy more Mountain Dew and Doritos for EXP boost when they come back up.

Just take this time, take a break from the game, stretch your legs, rest your eyes, do your homework, or whatever else to pass the next couple of hours.

Seriously. More people need to STOP attempting to join - your just flooding the already-problematic servers with more data to try to process.

Go pop in a movie and then try when it’s over.

Yeah, screaming about it will not help, but some info or update from 343 would be great…

Would be, but then again - wouldn’t that take time away from them checking the issue?

Let’s assume them not talking to us means every single one of them is busy trying to get it working right for us.

in this case, their silence is a good thing.

Pop in that movie - maybe when it’s over they will have a post stating “we found a problem and needed to correct it, sorry for the downtime, please enjoy this x4 Experience to compensate”

Never hurts to be wishful.

I find it very effective to yell through text on a computer.

Because we all know text has a voice and pitch.

The game just launched their are bound to be problems. I can’t recall a game where it launched and didn’t have problems.

I agree with the OP. I kind of want to tell the next one who crys about the servers to shut up but I’ve been telling them go to Single Player while issue is fixed.

OP is right. These launch day issues always happen. Just find stuff to do to occupy yourself.

So its a weird issue. I was playing fine this morning and now I also can’t play. My husband got on to play and he can play just fine on the servers and so can someone else in my house. I am hearing a dashboard reset may help but I am just wondering is it something else keeping us from playing.

I restarted my Halo 4. Helped out a lot. Just a suggestion.

Tbh I kind of expected this. It isn’t a big surprise when one of the biggest games ever comes out and the servers crash

Thank god. Glad to hear other people are having similar issues. For me it’s just saying I’m offline in the game even though I’m still in a party on Live.

i had purchased the legendary edition. i was told with that you would receive extra maps, and specializations. also i had done a pre order with wal mart and wanted the oceanic whatever armor you get with that pre order, and i have not received any of that either?? is this also a issue going on?
