So the second I got on today and into my first match, the game couldn’t load anyone’s emblem except for my own in the pre game lobby. I figured something was up with the servers, but it wasn’t affecting me. The next game, I got the huge red screen saying “Profile Sync Error” and have now been getting “retrieving data” after every match. My armor and colors and weapon skins are unavailable as well as the REQ store. Anybody else experiencing this? I’ve reset my console and restarted the game multiple times to no avail.
Anybody at all? Even a “no” would at least give me some idea…

Same for me all the sudden halo 5 is being disgusting and i cant even click on any playlist. I get 2 red screens one says sync error and the other says i have packet loss wich i have checked 30 times in the last month my internet is fine and damn fast…yet i cant get any clear games that i dont lag out of or see everything 3sec after it really happens… or even play at all now. For the last couple weeks to a month halo has been gross and slimy connection-wise…Claimes to have all kinds of dedicated servers but on the east coast where i reside theres only a couple in virginia which is over 1000 miles away from me…how ever its done get more servers to support this game…the whole of it is played on line!!!
Same. Not working. Be great if there was a way to check since there are always server issues.
I tweeted BS Angel and she directed someone else from 343 to help me. He suggested hard resetting the console and restarting the game. I had already done that multiple times to no avail. So I left it for a couple hours and will check to see if it’s resolved yet in a few minutes.

Yeah hard resetting did nothing nor did unplugging and replugging my Ethernet cord. This sucks as tomorrow is my only day off from work and I was planning on playing a lot tonight. I also live on the east coast.

I have no idea what to say or do in this situation when all of these options have been tested. Don’t know what to say. I hope 343 fixes this situation.

Same with me. I haven’t touched Warzone because I know I won’t be able to access REQs. I’m not good enough to beat tanks with my pistol and AR lol. When I play, I don’t experience any lag at all really and the games are fine, I just can’t access any part of my profile or customization.
