Just tried to play some arena matches. I have never quit an arena match before and after lagging out of a single match I receive a 10 minute banhammer. This is the first time that I received a banhammer. I try playing amother match after the cool down period and lag out again and relieve another banhammer. Please stop banning people for lagging out. I pay for premium Internet and for some reason just received 1/4 the speed I pay for and should not get ban for lagging out as lagging out is frustrating enough
