My ISP has offered to see if they can improve connection speed and latency to data centres hosting Halo Wars 2. What information can I give them to help improve my connection?
Have been unfortunate enough to experience frequent lag in excess of 10 seconds, which is a long time if one actually sits and waits ten seconds before they respond to a ping, then another ten seconds 10 seconds before they send their units or set off a leader power where units were theoretically up to 20 seconds beforehand. There is lag which everyone experiences, but I’m talking about lag beyond that which my teammates experience, and DCs which occur more often than they used to.
