YOU HAD ONE JOB 343! I cannot play online at all!!! I know this has been an issue but next time you are going to release a game please make sure that the multiplayer function works properly.
Why would 343i be responsible for your lack of an adequate internet connection? If anything it’s microsoft, xbox live servers, or your internet provider. What does the developer have anything to do with it?

Wait…so…343i didn’t ruin my pasta sauce? So much thinking to do now…
But in all seriousness, I have had more issues with the initial login to the server. Seems to have gotten better recently, but occasionally have to do a hard restart. Servers have been nice overall though. No lag ridiculousness, other than some folks jumping and teleporting when I try to snipe them…
