Server Browser for Halo 5 Forge For Win 10?

I have heard that server browser maybe here within the next 4 weeks we shall soon see. My question is do the user’s have to be in your friends list in order to join a server or can "ANYBODY" join a server "Without" having to be in a person’s friend list? The reason I ask is I have about 300 people in my friends list. I only know 5 of them personally.
The other 295 people in my friend list are not my friends. I don’t even know those people. The only reason the other 295 people are in my friends list is so the can connect to my server. That is the only reason they are in my friend list. So I hope "ANYBODY" can connect to a server without having to be in some lame friends list.

I am talking about Halo 5 Forge For Windows 10. I heard the server browser is for the custom maps.

I highly doubt you would need to have anyone added to your friends list in order to use the server browser. It’s probably going to be like matchmaking where you can play with random people without having any added.
