I am an italian player and i have problems with halo 4 server and SpartanRank!
I called xbox live assistance and they tell me to write here because they can’t do anythings.
when i search a match the game tell me that i can’t play because i’m not connected to halo’ server!When i search a match my Rank is SR 1 but if i press start my Rank is SR 41 and i see my spartan. I tried to start halowaypoint and they tell my that :Halo waypoint service problems. The halo waypoint service are having trouble. please try later. error code(EB84D23E-9A94-48CF-9D1C-94FB5A7433CF).
I can’t play spartan ops because i am not connect with the server. I have this problem for two days.

Sono un giocatore italiano e ho un problema con i server di halo 4 e con il Rank!
ho chiamato l’assistenza di xbox live e loro mi hanno detto che non potevano fare niente e che dovevo scrivere su questo forum. quando cerco una partita mi dice che sono livello 1 però se premo start nella sezione carriera mi dice che sono livello 41 e posso vedere il mio spartan così come è. ho provato ad avviare halo waypoint e mi dice che :Halo waypoint service problems. The halo waypoint service are having trouble. please try later. error code(EB84D23E-9A94-48CF-9D1C-94FB5A7433CF). non posso nemmeno giocare le spartan ops perchè non sono connesso ai server! é davvero frustrante e triste non poter giocare per colpa di questo bug!
