Give us our playlists back. It’s pretty clear people don’t like this update.
Anniv. BTB at least needs to come back.

Thanks for trying man, and I still have some hope, but I don’t think that they’re going to do much about it. Dozens, maybe even hundreds of people, have started threads about the August Update, dozens of people have replied, and everyone is just as mad about it as you and I are. But everyone is just going to forget about this when Halo 4 comes out, anyway. Besides, I was reading a thread similar to your’s earlier, and The Little Moa(if you come here often you have probably heard of him) said the this is the final update before Halo 4, and that they probably won’t bring back the playlists.
Sorry

Just to clarify…
[Can you confirm fully that the August consolidation update for Reach is the final one and that the playlists being removed won’t be returning?
bs angel: Not final forever, but final for the next several months. And we won’t be adding playlists at this point in the game’s life.](https://twitter.com/bsangel/status/233750130044592128)

So never again will we have FF Doubles.
SAD-FACE!!!eleven!!!1!!
It’s just total BS that they take away a BTB playlist from people who bought Anniversary.
If people don’t have Reach, and just have their Anniversary disc, they’re getting straight up bent over by 343. Period.
What was the reason for the update? They took away lists, but what did they add?

To consolidate playlists in order for people to have faster search times when Reach matchmaking was no longer a top priority after Halo 4’s release.
Same thing happened with Halo 3.

Okay, but Halo 4 isn’t out yet. In fact, it doesn’t come out for about 3 months. Why not let us keep our playlists until closer to launch?

I’d full on agree, but it takes away focus from sorting out playlists for Halo 4 for launch.

Well, not if they’ve already determined what they were going to do with the lists. They already knew how it would be set up, so I just think they should have held off until closer to November.

Do we know if they’ve already got everything set in stone?

If you’re referring to Halo 4, everything’s pretty set in stone.
As far as Reach, bs Angel’s tweet leads me to believe there is a possibility that Reach’s playlists may undergo another update at some point in the future.

Probably more playlist take downs lol but glad to see people are still trying. The anniversary big team I agree that is really rough. It’s like 343 ignored that many people might just own CEA which would only allow Anni slayer, ani FFA, ani firefight and anni big team but now with big team gone, Anniversary players will literally never, NEVER, get to see big team maps or play 8 vs 8. I find it hard to believe there’s a loop hole to deny CEA owners use of 2 maps that came with their game.
AND* there cannot be any excuse of integrating maps into big team because CEA players won’t have it. Really wanting a explanation on how that is acceptable.
TEARS MAN. YOINKING HELL to the lost of BTB ANN
