I was playing some breakout in Halo 5 when i was checking my K/d halfway through the game… i was going 3-3-2 (3 kills 3 deaths and 2 assists) and it said i had a .6 k/d…last time i checked 3/3 =1… wouldnt the k/d be a 1.6 then not a .6 ?

Like come on this is really basic stuff, how could you mess this up lol. Or am i missing something ?

It’s not K/D, it’s KDA (Kills Deaths Assists).
Basically your kill spread (Kills minus deaths) with every assist accounting for a third of a kill (K + 1/3A - D).

On your service record it shows total KDA divided by your number of matches.
