Ive been playing since day one, And I didnt get the Teishi Armor
And now i just did the Halo Experience Videos for the Free Weapon Skin and i didnt Recieve that pack to?
I really do enjoy the hell out of the halos but seriously guys? this is just Trash
If you read the update, 343i is working on getting out the Tenshin armor, just give it some time. Also in general req packs dont appear instantaneously give it a few moments and you’ll recieve it soon enough.
However i must ask, after watching all 10 videos did you log into your microsoft account to connect the reward to your profile?
Yes, and ive waited 2days so its not instant that i want this done ive been waiting for quite awhile already
Upon revisting the site, when it mentions a reward it does include an asterik noting “While supplies last” and while it would be lame for digital content to “run out” that could also explain the issue.
The next time you get on your xbox could you go to the my games and apps and hit the start button on halo 5 and select manage game. See if you have “Promotional Req Pack” next to the game. If its not there try watching the videos again, if it is then i don’t know what to tell you other than the system is slow.
*I didn’t recieve my Tenshin Raikou armor until a few moments ago and i was playing day 1.

Then i don’t know what to tell you then, it really sucks that you drew the short straw but i’m sure you’re not the only one. Heres hoping an admin or mod can catch this and help you out more than i can.
The two bronze ones are the ones for the armor and skin. I recommend taking a screenshot to show any customer support person so you have proof that its supposed to be there but its not.
