ok , ive Heard that 130 is and will be the last Rank in halo 4 , but my question is: WTF? we need more ranks , in 1 month people reached 130 , in reach it took over a year , please fix this , you are killing halo

Reach didn’t have the same ranking system and everybody complained about how slow the ranking was in that game. I’m still not an Inheritor and I put a TON of time into Reach.

But at least you still have something to work towards after 2 years of release. You shouldn’t be able to max out in under a month.
In all honesty I didn’t think Reach’s leveling was terribly slow aside from a couple of humps you had to get over cough Warrant Officer 3
You lost me at your killing Halo, considering Halo started out with no Ranking no Leveling, and was like that for 2 whole games.
Please do yourself and all of us a favor and grow up, gaming has and never will be about ranking or leveling.

I guarantee you he maxed out his double XP, he brought this upon himself. Without Double XP the ranking in this game is actually pretty solid.

Especially with Fast Track and all the Americans using x2 xp.

Huge difference between Double XP and the Fast Track perk, which gives you very little extra XP
If you say earn 3500 XP per game, doubled with the Double XP token thats 7000 per match…with the first five levels of specialisations being 10k to 30k of XP, you will blast through them in no time at all
I said in the other thread, those hitting SR130 already have either abused Double XP tokens since launch or lack the social and working life needed to move them away from their console
What did you think would happen when you boosted your levelling up with Double XP for a full on month?

Just to say, Halo 2 DID have ranks, only Halo CE didn’t feature ranks.
I don’t want more ranks. I want to reach 130 and never have to worry about lvling again. I just want to sit back and enjoy the MP without having that stuff hang over my head.

It was a completely different ranking system that was not forward leveling concentric like what the OP is talking about.

So if I were to facebook friend somebody in the UK could I gift double XP to them? Is it that the products/codes aren’t offered there or will it just not work in general?

Not sure. It may not work due to having different region codes.
OT: I still think there will be more ranks and specializations. They added Alpha to the end of the spec code making me think this will only be the first one and that there are more to follow. Cause reaching the highest rank in a month seems a little quick even though CSR will be coming and there is still commendations to get.
