So this guy joined our spartan company today, but when I went to search for his gamertag to add him to my friends’ list, it said his gamertag was not found. I copied and pasted his tag from the “manage member” list. I tried to look at his halowaypoint profile, but it just linked me to my own. After a couple tries, his finally loaded, but it was for Halo 4. I tried to see his Halo 5 profile, and it returned an error. So I just tried to remove him from the company, and it wouldn’t let me do that, either! Just said “error! try again later”. Please help!
