I’m going to word this “nicely” and very seriously doubt it will make any difference.
I have been playing halo for 12 years, and during the life of the entire franchise I have NEVER been banned from playing the game before. To my knowledge, I did not “break any rules”. As they don’t offer a reason, is there any way to get a reason or find out? I’d seriously like to know. I’m so angry I’m most likely not going to play the franchise anymore, not that they care, they got my money already. But I’d really like to know why. Seriously.

Not sure, your quit rate doesn’t look excessive to me. I was under the impression that the ban highlighted the reason. If I had to guess someone could have taken offence to your service tag.

But they’re not playing Halo guy. They’re joining games and quitting guy. That’s not playing Halo guy.
And 2 DNFs is just on the first page. I went back a few more pages and quickly found another 5… how about that guy? As per usual, these quitters moan that it’s unfair, when it’s their own fault. They know the rules and break them, no sympathy for me. If he leaves, good riddance.

Don’t worry, you were right. Just found another 5 DNFs further back, probably tons more. It’s always the same with these quitters, and I’d be happy to see the lot of them gone.
I shudder to think of how many games this quitter has ruined if he’s been playing for 12 years… lol!

Sure I don’t have to be what you call a jerk, but I do it on a case by case scenario. This guy is almost a habitual quitter, scum in my eyes and on top of that scummy enough to feel righteous about threatening to leave over his own shortcomings. Finally it’s fun rustling a few moa feathers ; )

I could say any number of things ruin a game for people. Quitters, again, they suck, but what if they have their reasons? You Anti-Quit elitist insult and belittle people over a single quit, then you dig through months of games to find every single game they’ve quit. It’s a bit obsessive and sad if you ask me… also, did you know if you quit a custom game it shows up as a DNF?
Edit: I went through his game history back until March 4th and I only saw 2 DNFs on the 18th and 15th… I may have missed one, but I doubt it. So big whoop, he quit a few matches out of dozens , if not hundreds, in the span of over a month. How far back did you go to find the other 3…

I’ve had a couple of DNFs over my Halo 5 career due to unforeseen circumstances. The banning system allows for that, and we are not classed as habitual quitters. We are not quitting because we’re losing, we’re doing it because we get disconnected, or someone knocks on our door etc. I had a DNF yesterday as I had to go to the loo and asked my friend to back out for a minute… he couldn’t back out due to the buggy menu, and when I returned I’d been kicked due to inactivity. Guess what? I didn’t get banned, and am not here crying that it’s unfair.

I can guarantee everyone here has DNF’s in their history. It’s not always from quitting.
I don’t quit games. I do lag out though, it happens and lately it’s been happening more and more often.
I was frustrated because I also received a ban after lagging out of an arena FFA match. It’s rage enducing because you get booted from the game then can’t join your fireteam after who just came on and we’re waiting in lobby for you to finish your FFA game lol. Double whammy.
But I’ve been playing this game almost nightly since release, and in that time I’ve recieved 1 ban for 11 minutes. That’s no where near enough for me to consider leaving the game I enjoy playing so much.
It sucked, but I learned a fun fact, you can still play warzone when banned 
We just played a game of warzone assault and came back in and enjoyed the game some more.
We need bans for quitters, sometimes that means players who don’t normaly quit will be inconvenienced for a few minutes.

As I said in my edit, I went back over an month on both Warzone and Arena and did not see that amount, but that may be because I’m on my phone. I also didn’t know we were having a serious argument… I’m just gonna continue to give short easy answers… kinda lazy right now and mobile sucks for this stuff.
Also, “ruined” 49 people games… I’m sure if you were to ask said people they’d call him a -Yoink- for quitting, but I highly doubt the game were ruined for them… like holy crap.
Also, yes, Custom Games do show up for them if you look at all their games and not just Arena… trust me, 90% of the DNFs on my profile are from solo Customs where I just look at my armor or something.
I have a DNF today. It was a custom.
Edit- so customs do show up in history. Unless you select arena. I just checked my arena history and all I can see is the 1 FFA game that I lagged out from and got the ban for. The next one is a btb game from like 9 pages later.

Secondly, yes he ruined the games of 49 people AT LEAST. As I said, I only went back a few pages, there’s probably more. And if you lose a man on your team, the game sucks and you have a tougher time to win. And if you’re win when it’s 4v3 or 4v2, it’s a hollow victory. So yes, he’s probably ruined the games of many more than 49 people over his 12 year Halo quitting career.
