I think that the thing folks are missing
if reverting to the old model fo both campagin and mp were paid we’d be here just with out the F2P arguments and yet the F2P model is bringing in more players then the old and somehow THATS the connection of the other issues? no its not

If it becomes paid then all battle pass stuff and the store should go.
Halo was an Xbox only game and not free. It did just fine. It doesn’t need free to play players

Halo 5 shouldn’t have had reqs either.
again. It should go without saying if it becomes paid then the store should go. Right then and there a fic would be made because NO ONE likes the store and no one asked for it to be free to play except a few.
It seems pretty simple to me.
Make it paid
Remove the store.

and the new players not everyone has $60 to burn ya know that hurts it and what of the updates? that are free you think that happens out of thin air? no that requeis cost and a store (one that handles things better then the current one) would pay for that you think that oh make it paid= better well if it was life would be better but life aint that simple everything in life has costs and nothing is free no amount of this would change things paid F2P the store would still be there regardless

Lumping all products into a discussion no longer makes this into an apples to apples comparison, keeping this about video games is closer to the discussion we are having.
If we are talking launches, true, free games usually start out bare. On the other hand we also have $60 games like BF 2042 that are far more bare than Halo Infinite. This topic of free vs paid is not an exact science in the gaming sphere since both have their hits and their duds.
While bare, this game, to me, feels leaps better than CE, Halo 4 and Halo 5. Slightly better than Halo 2 and marginally worse than Halo 3 and Reach. All this I subjectively judge strictly on the gameplay.
I’m not trying to say the problems you have are not valid. I encourage you to make yourself heard. With that you must also must give credit where 343i works to fix the issues discussed.
Do not jump the gun based on 45 people. At least wait until this poll reaches like 1K votes. I know I voted “No. Not me” but I feel fine with the game being free to play.
Correct me if I’m wrong but Halo 5 did not launch with BTB so Warzone was the only large scale pvp mode that people could play. So a lot of BTB fans would have been upset that money and loot boxes determined who won games instead of it depending on map control and skill. You acknowledged that this game mode is pay to win, weather people took this mode serious or not is irrelevant. I for one enjoy Firefight, having to reply on Legendary lootbox rewards to beat the Legendary difficulty of WZFF takes away from the experience. The pay to win system in those playlists are likely related to why after a while they became the least played game modes. The game being dead now is also irrelevant since while it was alive it included pay to win mechanics.
Also, kinda off topic, but why would you bother calling someone a clown to then go a debunk your own statement?

I think its safe to say a majority did not ask for it to go F2P. Every other Halo game, from CE to HW2, had paid multiplayer. I think most of us are just used to that.

I didnt meant every single one ya know an example is one of my friends parents think that $10 is as much as 60 which it isn’t the point im trying to say here is that F2P helps bring in payers that dont have the Money for the old model and if they did have it be P2P like in the past odds are we’d see the exact same mess happening here just minus the F2P

I legit cannot tell what you are trying to say. We do not need to bring in any extra players. If the product is good, people will buy it. Besides, being free is NOT enough of a Pro to outweigh all the Cons that come with it.

Battlefield is garbage. It’s not even a game.
I have to ask how does it feel better than 5 in terms of feel? I hop between both games and I just don’t see it. Not talking about the abilites but the qauilty
