Serious poll - who asked for Halo multiplayer to be free to play?

I’m sorry but if you act like an idiot then I will call you out for it.
You’re not taking me seriously because you don’t even read my replies properly, you make assumptions and then lie about what I’m saying based on said assumptions.
That’s what an idiot does.

No. It’s not the sole issue.

It’s PART of the issue.

An issue can simply mean that they are working on the stuff that shouldn’t have been in the game anyways. They could’ve used their time for more important things but since it’s free to play and there’s a store they are going to be fixing the store and battle pass stuff.

That’s just ONE ISSUE. there’s many

there you go again putting words in my mouth.

No I don’t agree with them making the multiplayer paid. It wouldn’t solve a single issue the game is facing.
Again, you’re completely ignoring what I’m saying and making assumptions.

So I guess I should call you that because your ignoring Al lol the points made above. Litterally go read the first replies. All of your points have been replayed to multiple times over. We are litterally having the same conversation all over again but this time your just a different person

True. Most of those posts used slow progression and slow unlocks as their reason. That’s something I personally see as a participation ribbon. But that’s my opinion.

Honestly speaking I do not have a problem with your opinions either. I stated this many times in the start of our discussion. I believe if you have an issue you should voice it. I just had an issue with you presenting opinions as if they were something objective. I even liked some of your replies where you corrected people and called them out to resulting to name-calling.

I wish you could also see that there is no one right opinion here and be more open to what others say. Maybe take a minute or two to think about what people wrote before you reply quickly.

Alright. There’s a lot of replies. I will admit that it’s hard trying to track all of it. Some of my replies are probably for the wrong people.

With that said. My grand point is. Multiplayer should be paid. If someone agrees or disagrees that’s fine but that is my stance

Well you’re the one still arguing against people because they have a different opinion of you.

hurr durr bend the knee hurr durr

Sorry not sorry, but I don’t mind a free to play multiplayer with a live service.
The core gameplay is free, you don’t have to pay a dime to play the multiplayer, and that’s somehow an issue?
Oh no, you can’t have armour? Boo hoo. It’s not the end of the world.

You’re saying I agree with your point, I don’t.
I don’t think Halo Infinite MP should be bundled with the campaign, because it already is
You pay $60 for the campaign and the multiplayer is free. Sounds like anything you’ve heard before? Yep. This could be said for literally every game out there.

The game being F2P has never been the issue, the industry is moving towards a live service and you should be glad you don’t have to pay $30 for the multiplayer.
Why?
Well, you’re probably going to ignore this one again but I’ll repeat myself even though I know your tiny brain is getting tired, THE STORE WOULD STILL BE THERE. THE BP WOULD STILL BE THERE.
That’s where multiplayer games are nowadays.

Oh GTA: Online is free and doing well? Yeah you’re right, that’s because people are spending literal hundreds of dollars on shark cards so they can buy a bicycle for 500,000$

You litterally said you would “take the deal” when I mentioned what it was

Also read above to the last reply

Okay just leave it open then without making a valid point

I bet the 13% who said yes are fakers and feigners!

I don’t even know what this pig latin means but okay

Nobody knows but it’s all pretence!!!

You can’t even mix match armor pieces. Unique? Lmao yeah no, every armor combination I’ve seen in this has been done in Reach. Let’s not forget the VERY limited color customization. That alone, makes that whole unique thing untrue.

Also, funnel population? My man, THEY RELEASED A HALO GAME WITHOUT A REGULAR SLAYER playlist. What is there to funnel? For what purpose? There’s no quality into a forced rotation of game modes in one playlist. None. Especially with how they implemented challenges.

I feel like the free launch of multi kinda pushed the devs to get that done sooner and created some problems, i still think we’d lack forge and some other things ,but I think multiplayer would be slightly more refined than it is if it had been released with the campaign. But the question remains why did they go with a free multiplayer?

I’ve read, and I can see that it would be a waste of time trying to have a reasonable debate with you. Your poll doesn’t support your points like you think it does. Others have tried to point this out, but you are so set on being right that you ignore or misconstrue any valid argument thrown your way.

I don’t think that question remains. It’s clearly the more profitable model in today’s gaming market.

I mean, should they not know when they upset their core fans? If 343 cares about Halo fans like they claim they do (although I’m not necessarily convinced), then this should be something they would want to see.

Let’s just get this out of the way. You don’t speak for the core fans, nor do I, nor this poll for that matter. If the game released as a paid experience we would still have no content in this game. There would still be a store. The only downside would be less people would be playing this game than what we have right now.

No offence but it was mostly campaign we paid for multiplayer was just a plus besides free to play makes it more better for the multiplayer experience with endless amount of updates
