Paid MP FPS games don’t work anymore. The market is too saturated. Those games fail.
Other genres still have physical releases for games that are complete at launch. This is strictly an issue with shooters.

Neither did I. I don’t treat Halo or other games as a 2nd and third job either. Yes doing well is fun and achieving things is fun too, but this hardcore mentality isn’t all there is. Most of the time people just want to relax.

I play customs to play causally. The rest of the game I don’t do that. In fact I spend most of my time in casual custom games. So yeah I do have fun in the traditional sense but the rest of the game there is nothing to work for. Plenty of people made similar posts saying there’s no drive to play the game. The gameplay might be fine to them. But they just cant bring themselves to play

I’ve stated plenty of times that it’s a saturated market. Everyone else, that I’ve noticed, has also said that.
I’m not saying suck it up. If you had been here saying that you had problems with companies releasing unfinished games then everyone would agree with you.
You’re trying to blame the f2p aspect of the game as being the sole issue. The issue is almost certainly 343 incompetence or pressure from M $ because, as we discussed, Halo 5 was only half a game when it launched too and it wasn’t f2p. So something else must be the problem.
