I’d like to think it was 343’s mishandling of the game rather than the free to play model.
Either way, I just want them to make their game actually bearable to play. I don’t really care what model they go with.
As long as it doesn’t involve reselling old assets at twice it’s value. Or ruining their progression as far as earning armor goes.
I just want the fun multiplayer experience Halo 5 and Halo Reach offered.
Or. They mishandled it and had to go free to play to soften the blow.

Warzone used Req packs. Req. packs gave you stronger weapons, vehicles and mods. Req packs could be easily bought with money. How was Warzone not pay to win?
It’s more or less as controversial as dual wielding, destructible UNSC vehicles or playing as arbiter were in 2004.
So far there has yet to be a bigger issue than the sprint debate of Halo Reach - 5.

Nothing is a good choice. They dug their hole with this launch. The best choice is to gain some trust with fans because many people are burned by multiple angles.
There’s so many people that want to make a “magic word” post but they can’t because of censorship. So many tiny community that got left out like the assanations community.

The game is so good, why does it even matter if the game is F2P? Will paying for multiplayer and unlocking all the cosmetics make the gameplay (Shooting, movement, etc.) any better? Will paying for the game make you a better player?
