Please help. I recently upgraded to a Series S from my one X and every time I play halo wars 2 now it crashes around the 60 minute mark. I play skirmish offline against the A.I…I never had this issue on my One X but now every single game it crashes. I have tried turning off FPS boost, reinstalling the game but nothing works! Please fix this as the game is unplayable. I’m even considering going back to a one X as I love this game and now can’t play! Thought it would run better on series s but it’s worse! Is the same thing happening on the series x?

The only true fix right now is to play on Xbox one consoles. This game is unplayable on series s and x.
I submitted a ticket like you said. Is there any indication that 343 are aware of the issue or that anything is actually being done to fix this? Or is it going to be forever unplayable on the new consoles? If not I’m selling my Series S and buying a One S as I play this game all the time!
In the response to me it said the developers have been made aware, but it’s more so needing to move it up the priority list so if more people submit a ticket it will get noticed
